Blind man convicted for Airtel Zambia hacking

A Zambian court has convicted a blind man after finding him guilty of hacking Airtel Zambia's database and siphoning mobile airtime worth thousands of dollars.

The accused, Jairos Tembo from Zambian capital Lusaka, allegedly used unknown software to hack into the operator's database. He is then said to have siphoned mobile airtime worth thousands of dollars from the country's foreign affairs minister, other politicians and businessmen.
