A PC version of Grand Theft Auto 5 has not yet been released by Rockstar Games. However cyber criminals are sending fraudulent emails offering a Grand Theft Auto 5 Beta test version in a ZIP file. This file contains malware.
The alleged .ZIP file opens an application that reads "Your promo code in app rockstargames.com," which then installs a type of malware called 'a backdoor'. This will give hackers access to your computer if you install it, placing your personal information at risk.
